No problems with this laptop at all. Delivered within two days and works just fine. Touchscreen is excellent, but it's good to have the choice of using the touch pad as well. Back lit keyboard is very nice and windows8 is not as complicated as I thought it would be. This is an excellent product for the price. Only negative for me is that it did not have Microsoft office installed, but I am very pleased with this laptop.

I bought this laptop on the recommendation of my son, who writes software and uses computers far more than I do. It has made the changeover from an ordinary PC as relatively painless as possible. Any problems I have are due to my lack of familiarity with Windows 8 or, indeed, with any touch screen system. The laptop itself does precisely what I ask it to do - that is normally the problem!
My only criticism is that it would be useful to have USB ports on the right hand side of the laptop as well as the left. Otherwise, if a right handed person adds a mouse the lead is draped annoyingly around the back of the laptop. Acceptable if used on a table, otherwise potentially annoying.
