Initial problems re postage - selected Super Saver which stated within 3-5 working days, paid, delivery date more than a month later! Rang Amazon, paid £3something extra, arrived within two days! Worth the £3. Laptop works perfectly. Windows 8 took some getting used to as it is a new system. Would recommend.

This laptop is very good and good value. Windows 8 took me a few days to learn and get used to, I now know the basics and will hopefully get better.You can simply switch to the "normal" screen as opposed to windows 8 by pressing the windows key.It loads very quickly too.
